She came to me with a leaky content funnel. Her newsletter sign-up form wasn't automated, she had no other way to capture emails, and she had a large archive of content that had never been properly repurposed.
The WorkShe runs a coaching cohort for early-stage climate tech founders, helping them with sales, content, and fundraising. She also posts three to five times a week across LinkedIn and Instagram and publishes a weekly newsletter. That volume of content had never been put to work for her email list. I used it to build a five-day educational email course, pulling from her existing posts, newsletters, and coaching frameworks.
In the first two weeks after launch, we generated 162 new subscribers, with 120 joining on the day we launched. Each email in the course ran between 60% and 76% open rates. At the end of the sequence, 6.7% converted to her coaching application.
