The Setup

Harald had 100,000+ LinkedIn followers, but something wasn’t clicking. His circular economy expertise was resonating widely. When it came to his email community, the growth was painfully slow, and he couldn’t figure out what his audience actually wanted from him.

The gap wasn’t his expertise or his content quality. The question was how to bridge broad LinkedIn visibility and a community of people ready to go deeper.

The Work

We built a free email course that would attract the right people and give us data about what they actually wanted. Harald brought his decade of circular economy experience. I brought my email marketing skills. I wrote the course and the emails that follow it, built the landing page, set up his email platform, and ran the launch on email and LinkedIn. A survey inside the course showed us what his audience was struggling with.

Then in July, we launched a second course together, a three-day course on launching circular projects. This time with that clarity from day one.

The Result

The first course launched at the end of March 2025. It reached 25,000+ people at launch and brought in 400+ sign-ups in the first 48 hours. By September, 850+ people had signed up, people who wanted Harald’s deeper expertise, not just his LinkedIn content. Hundreds of responses showed us exactly what his community was struggling with. The second course reached 375 sign-ups by the end of September.
