LinkedIn ghostwriting · done for you

A LinkedIn ghostwriter for climate tech founders.

I’ve ghostwritten LinkedIn content for climate tech founders since 2019. Over 2,000 posts across water, energy, materials, and deep tech. My clients are technical, credible, and busy, and most of them had never really posted before we started. My job is to get your thinking in front of the investors, buyers, and hires who make decisions about you, in about an hour of your time a week.

Brand Strategy Survey

A questionnaire on your brand, positioning, and targeting. It finds the gaps we need to fill before publishing anything.

Visibility Kick-Off Call

A 1-hour interview: your background, expertise, preferred topics, and the specific authority you want to build.

LinkedIn Profile Rebuild

Full audit and rewrite. Headline, About, Featured, and Experience sections rebuilt so the right readers stop on your profile. Photo and banner direction included.

Positioning and Category Claim

I audit anything you have published, and we name and claim your category in climate tech. As signal comes in, we adjust until you own a niche that is defensibly yours.

Content Buckets

The three buckets your authority gets built on, mapped across top, middle, and bottom of funnel.

Engagement Strategy

A custom feed of roughly 20 relevant creators and thought leaders. Your name starts showing up in their comments, and their audiences see you.

Targeting Strategy

Your ideal reader’s pains, fears, desires, and objections documented, plus how to convert warm interest into conversations.

A weekly interview call

30-60 minutes, interview style, with the agenda and questions sent in advance. I pull the thinking out of your head so you never have to stare at a blank page.

3-5 posts, in your voice

Drafted from your calls and your existing material, and you review everything before it goes live. By week six the voice is about 98% there.

A weekly update

What published, what’s planned, what input I need, and which comments or inbound connections are worth your reply. I don’t reply as you. Ever.

A monthly analytics report

What worked, who it reached, which industries and job titles are watching, and what we double down on next month.

The retainer runs stage one and two of the Kaizen system. LinkedIn builds the foundation; the arc continues into climate media, long-form articles, and a book. Open any stage:

Founders and CEOs in climate tech, post-seed through Series A. You’ve raised, you’ve shipped, and you’ve never really posted. That’s the exact person I built this for.

And if you already run a strong content operation, or you want follower counts for their own sake, I’m the wrong hire. I write for business outcomes: hiring, inbound, investor confidence.

How much of my time does this actually take?

One 30-60 minute call a week, a survey and a 1-hour kickoff in week one, and final say on every post. The strategy, writing, scheduling, and analytics are mine.

What do we actually get for the money?

The seven month-one deliverables, then 3-5 posts a week, a weekly update, and a monthly analytics report. The posts are about half of what you’re paying for. The rest is research, positioning, and strategy you don’t see on the feed.

What justifies the fee?

The writing is a relatively small percentage of the work. The fee carries per-person research and positioning, weekly interviews, per-post strategy, analytics, and sector fluency, so you never have to explain your industry to your ghostwriter. The alternative is a full-time content hire, or a generalist agency that needs months of onboarding.

Do I feed you ideas, or do you drive?

I drive. The weekly call runs like a podcast interview: I send the agenda and questions in advance, you talk about your work, I turn it into content. Think of me as a chef. I need ingredients, and the call is where I get them.

Will it sound like me?

That’s what the first eight weeks exist for. I review your existing writing, transcribe every call, and build your voice from what you actually say. You review every draft before it goes live. Your name, your thinking, my craft.

Who actually does the work?

Me, end to end. No account manager, no junior writers, no handoffs. The person on your weekly call is the person writing, running the analytics, and making the introductions. It is also why I cap how many clients I take at once.

Will this actually get us inbound, or help the raise?

I’m not going to sit here and guarantee results, and I’d be careful with anyone who does. What I can show you: investors pull up a founder’s LinkedIn before the first call, buyers check it before they reply, and the case studies on this page all started with content. The job is making sure what they find is your thinking at its best.

Why start now and not after the raise?

Because the checking happens before the conversations do. “We’ll start posting after we fundraise” translates to: we’re okay spending 6-12 months longer hearing no. Founders who look established by the raise usually started publishing a year before it.

My buyers aren’t on LinkedIn.

True for most of my clients too. Their buyers still check it: before a serious reply, a meeting, or a term sheet, people look you up, and your posts are the record they find. That record works even in markets where nobody browses the feed.

Is 3-5 posts a week too much? Will it look like spam?

Ask yourself who you’re afraid of looking spammy to. If it’s peers who will never buy from you or invest in you, you’re optimising for the wrong reader. Your target reader sees only a fraction of what you post anyway, because LinkedIn shows each post to a slice of your network. So the frequency is what gets you seen at all.

Can’t AI do this for a tenth of the price?

I use AI in my process, never as the author. I’m the creative director: every draft passes through my hands, I make the edits and the decisions, and the quality bar is mine to hold. The thinking still has to come from a person who knows you and your sector.

Can we do a short trial, say 90 days?

I structure engagements as 6-month projects, because that’s the honest minimum to judge whether organic content works for you. There are no results I can promise in 90 days, except that you will have those new posts.

My co-founders aren’t comfortable posting.

Start with the one person willing to talk. In my experience the results make the others curious: one client’s co-founder joined after watching what a few months of posting did.

Do you work with our competitors?

No. For the length of our engagement, I don’t sign clients competing in your niche.

What does it cost?

I price on a call, once I’ve seen your situation and your goals. Book the free visibility audit and we’ll get to it there.
